Every set of grillz is unique and custom made exclusively for you.
Included in every grillz order will be a mold kit that will be shipped to you immediately.
In every mold kit, there will be enough material to take 2 impressions as well as step by step instructions on how to take your own impressions at home. If you are having issues taking your impression, please contact us so we can help you out with that.
Once impressions are taken, please use prepaid return label (also included with mold kit) and mail back your impressions to the Vanguard office.
Once your impressions arrive, we will examine them to make sure they are sufficient to move into production. As long as everything is good, your piece will move into production, you will be notified via email, and the turnaround time will officially start!
Each piece is custom and will take 10-14 business days in production time. Stone setting may add additional time. This time DOEST NOT include shipping time, weekends, or holidays. You will be notified via email when your piece is ready.
Because of the nature of custom jewelry, there will be NO REFUNDS offered on any grillz purchase. Store credit will be issued in the event you are dissatisfied with your order. No exceptions.
